For Executive Engineer / Deputy General Manager (Commercial) / Manager / Assistant Executive Manager / General Manager:
- Full-time or part-time bachelor’s degree in relevant disciplines (e.g., Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, etc.)
For Additional Chief Manager / Deputy General Manager (Finance):
- Candidates should Pass the final examination of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (CA) or the Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India (ICWAI/ICMAI).
- Alternatively, a degree in any discipline with an MBA specializing in Finance (minimum 2 years duration).
For Deputy General Manager (Secretarial):
- Candidates should have Must be a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.

NLC Recruitment 2024 Selection Process (Update):
The selection process for NLC Recruitment 2024 is following 3 stages:
1. Personal Interview (PI):
Candidates will participate in a personal interview, During the interview, candidates will be evaluated on their skills, knowledge, and overall fit for the position.
2. Minimum Qualifying Marks:
For candidates in the UR/EWS categories, a minimum of 50% marks is required, and for other candidates belonging to ST/SC/OBC/PwBD categories, a minimum of 40% marks is required.
3. Merit List:
The Merit list is based on the personal interview and Minimum Qualifying Marks
