Eligibility Criteria for AIIMS Recruitment 2025
- Educational Qualification: MBBS/BDS with internship completion recognized by MCI/DCI.
- Internship Completion Date: Between January 1, 2022, and December 31, 2024.
- Registration Requirement: Must have valid DMC/DDC registration before joining.
- Exclusions: Candidates previously terminated from JR posts due to disciplinary issues or those who have already completed three terms of Junior Residency will not be eligible.

AIIMS Delhi Recruitment 2025 Application fee:
The candidates are required to deposit the amount of Rs. 25000/- (Twenty-Five Thousand Rupees) for the JR January 2025 session as a Security deposit through electronic fund transfer mode. Only candidates who have registered as in step 1 and deposited Rs. 25000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) for JR January 2025 session as Security deposit as mentioned will be eligible for seat allocation. No other mode of payment will be considered other than that mentioned above.
Refund Processing:
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed only after all rounds of counselling are complete. No requests for an early refund will be entertained.
Refund Conditions:
The refund will be issued to the same bank account from which the payment of Rs. 25,000 security deposit was made. Only those candidates who have paid the security deposit and are not subject to its forfeiture as per the rules will receive the refund.
