ITBP PST Details (Physical Standard Test):

Height Requirements:

• General, SC, OBC, and others: Male – 170 cm, Female – 157 cm
• Candidates from Hilly Areas: Male – 165 cm, Female – 155 cm
• Scheduled Tribe (ST): Male – 162.5 cm, Female – 150 cm

Chest Measurements (For Male Only):

• Normal: 80 cm
• Expanded: 85 cm

Weight:

• Proportionate to height and age as per medical standards.

ITBP PET Details (Physical Efficiency Test):

Male Candidates:

• Race: 1.6 km in 7.5 minutes
• Long Jump: 11 feet (3 chances)
• High Jump: 3.5 feet (3 chances)

Female Candidates:

• Race: 800 meters in 4.5 minutes
• Long Jump: 9 feet (3 chances)
• High Jump: 3 feet (3 chances)

1. Visit the official website of ITBP: recruitment.itbpolice.nic.in.
2. After reaching the homepage, Click on the “Login” section on the homepage.
3. Enter your login details such as Email ID and password.
4. Here you will see the list of all the recruitments you have applied for.
5. After that, Click on the “My Application” link given.
6. Now, Click on the “Admit Card” link given in front of each post.
7. Now, Your admit card will be displayed on the screen.
8. Download and print it for future reference.
